Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing your order. Cancel my order.
Please note that we cannot process the cancellation once the order has been shipped.
Order returns
We are happy to exchange and return unused wigs within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition with the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and lace untouched (with no cutting or secondary trimming).
Please note that wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept used wigs for return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to costumers from the EU.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Providing additional details such as reasons for return and relevant images will help us speed up the process.
2. Our representative will provide the return address after your return request is approved.
3. We will process your refund within 2 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Please contact our team first to get the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange orders
If you would like to exchange for another item, you can place a new order after we have refunded you for the return.
